  Extremely disappointed by the front office staff at this location. I had made an appointment here for an annual exam. This was the only location that was available during my 2 week vacation from school. I am not from the area and when I typed in the address, google maps took me to another nesbit rd in new castle. I called the office to inform them that I was lost and on my way, since I have worked in healthcare I thought I would be courteous. The front office staff informed me that I should not come to my appointment because I would be 7 minutes late. I really needed this appointment for medication purposes and felt really disheartened that this office did not feel it necessary to listen to my needs and to help me in a time that I needed help. I highly suggest going to another provider who cares for you as a person and not just as a patient.
